If your customers want their accounts and data removed, they have this action available to them
"The data subject (customer) shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay."

MOBI powers the online ordering software for many restaurant brands. Each brand owns their own data, but this is stored by MOBI.
If a customer would like their account and data removed from your brand's systems, this can be done by the customer in just a few steps.
You can send them the following instructions:
- Go to the Account screen on the storefront. This is found by locating the little person icon in the top right corner. If you are not yet signed in, this is where you would do so.
- Once you are signed in, click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm you would like your account, and all associated data, removed from this restaurant's access and the MOBI systems. Click OK.
After initiating the account deletion, the process will typically take between 1 to 2 hours. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access it, and all associated data may be permanently removed. Ensure you've backed up any important information or content before proceeding with the deletion.
If you are a consumer wishing to remove your account and data from more than one brand, you will need to do this for each brand.
