As the owner of your company (or store), one of the key responsibilities is ensuring that your Billing details for using MOBI are up-to-date & correct.
Failure to do so, could result in your store being suspended, disrupting your ability to trade online.
At MOBI, there are a couple of ways that you can billed; Credit Card or Direct Debit.
Note
Direct Debit is currently only available for companies in Australia or New Zealand.
Direct Debit
To add a new Direct Debit authority or to update an existing one, this can be done via EziDebit (NZ only) or Stripe Direct Debit (AUS only) within the MOBI platform.
- To setup or update a direct debit (Australia and New Zealand only) go to Settings
- Scroll down to Billing. Click on Billing to access the Billing Overview page
- To the right of Payment Details, click Update Direct Debit
- After clicking on Update Direct Debit, the page will redirect to an EziDebit or Stripe e-form
- Fill out the details and once finished, click Submit
- The changes will be submitted ready for your next invoice
Alternatively you can ask our Support team to assist by downloading & filling out our Direct Debit forms.
- Download the direct debit authority form (AU or NZ depending on where your business is located)
- Fill out the form & upload it as a PDF (preferably)
- Once the form is completed, forward it onto our Support team
- When we've received the completed form, we will process it & update your account on your behalf
Pro Tip
You can switch from Direct Debit to Credit Card at any stage.
Credit Card
- To add or update credit card details, go to Settings
- Scroll down to Billing. Click on Billing to access the Billing Overview page
- Next to the current card details, click Update Card
- Enter your new card details & click Update
Update your Billing Details
The email address set in Billing Details will receive all billing information for your MOBI store.
- To update this email address (or other details), navigate to the admin section of your store by clicking on Settings
- In the Settings page, scroll down to Billing & click Edit
- From the Billing Details heading click Edit
- Update your billing details ie. email address, phone number etc.
- Once all changes are completed, click Save
Know your Billing Date
In order to make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank/on your card each month, you can check your Billing Details section to confirm the next billing date and what date each month the funds will be withdrawn each month.
- Navigate to the admin section of your store by clicking on Settings
- In the Settings page, scroll down to Billing & click Edit
- On the Billing Overview page, navigate to Billing Details
- Take note of the dates listed
View or Download an Invoice
As you are invoiced for using MOBI, you will have a record of payments from your account and will be able to download those, in case you need to show them to your accountant.
The good thing is, everything that you need for billing, is in the Billing Details section & downloading/viewing invoices is no exception.
- Navigate to the admin section of your store by clicking on Settings
- In the Settings page, scroll down to Billing & click Edit
- On the Billing Overview page, scroll down to Receipts
- To View, locate the invoice date (or receipt #) & click View Online
- To Download, locate the invoice date (or receipt #) & click Download as PDF
Pro Tip
You can also view and/or download all your invoices from the Billing Overview page.
Remember
Please ensure your billing details are correctly set up and a billing method is loaded. Not doing so could result in your Store being suspended.
