Why did an order not dispatch as a group?

Although Group Dispatch aims to streamline operations in-store by grouping orders sent within your selected timeframe, in certain instances, orders may be sent to the kitchen separately.

One example of this is orders placed through loyalty or with discounts will be dispatched separately as they may interfere with different POS systems.
