How to Enable the Uber Eats / MOBI Integration
The Uber Eats integration with MOBI allows you to seamlessly connect your store’s menu and order processing to the Uber Eats Marketplace. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to activate and manage the integration directly from MOBI
What is the Uber Eats / MOBI integration?
MOBI acts as middleware between order aggregators (e.g. Uber Eats) and your point of sale system. This means, orders can be injected directly into your POS (depending on configuration), reducing the need to manage orders on the Uber Eats tablet.
- Orders placed on the Uber Eats website will be sent directly to your POS
- No need to manually accept orders on the Uber Eats tablet, or enter them into your POS
- Manage your menu and store hours from MOBI Admin
- Remove the need to manage multiple tablets
How do I activate this integration?
Your first step is to reach out to your MOBI representative, or help@mobihq.com. They will work with you to confirm commercial arrangements, and implement changes like new menus.
Once that is complete, activating this integration involves just a few simple steps.
If you have any problems with this implementation, please reach out to your MOBI representative, or help@mobihq.com
Step 1: Log into MOBI Admin
Start by logging into your MOBI Admin: https://www.mobi2go.com/admin/login
Step 2: Configure Your Menus
Before integrating, ensure your menu is set up in MOBI and labelled correctly for the integration(s).
This is the menu that will be published to Uber Eats by the MOBI team.
-
If you’re unsure how to configure menus, reach out to the MOBI Support or your assigned Implementation team member for assistance.
-
This menu setup process is the same as for other delivery platforms.
Step 3: Launch the Uber Eats Integration Wizard
-
Navigate to the location you want to integrate.
- Click the Location Settings > Overview page.
-
Click on Add Uber Eats Integration.
-
If you’ve previously authorized Uber Eats at this location, you’ll see a confirmation screen.
- Pro Tip: If you can’t see these settings (or don’t have admin access), contact MOBI Support/your implementation contact and we’ll assist

Step 4: Authenticate with Uber Eats
You’ll be prompted to sign in with your Uber Eats account and authorize the connection.
-
Once authorized, the connection remains active unless it’s revoked/expired or needs re-authorization from time to time. However, MOBI maintains this connection for 1 year.
-
You must have the correct Uber Eats credentials for your store.

Step 5: Map Your Uber Eats Store
After authentication, you’ll be asked to choose the correct Uber Eats store that corresponds to your MOBI location.
-
Select the appropriate store from the drop-down list.

Step 6: Select Your Menu
Choose which menu(s) to send to Uber Eats:
-
You may select one or more menus per location.
-
If available, you can choose to apply the Active Location Menu as a default.

Step 7: Activate the Integration
Click Activate Integration to complete the setup.
Activating MOBI as the integration may replace/disable any other middleware provider for that Uber location (your implementation contact will confirm this before activation).

MOBI will automatically connect the Uber Eats Store to your MOBI Location.
🎉 Your integration is now live! Once activated and the menu is successfully published/approved on Uber your menu will be live on the Uber Eats platform, and customers can start placing orders (within opening hours).
