How to reset your MOBI printer

While the printer is on, open up the printer like you would to replace the paper.
On the underside of the screen that opens up, you should see a Grey plastic panel with the words "TF Card" and "SIM Card"
In between those two, you should see a pinhole. This is the factory reset mechanism.
Insert a small pointed instrument like a paperclip, safety pin or pen into the factory reset pinhole till you press the internal button.
The screen should turn off and will restart shortly. Factory reset will be complete.
Log back into your store if needed.
