Managing Opening Hours

Opening Hours lets you set the days and times your venue accepts orders for each order method: Pickup, Delivery, and Eat In.

Go to Location Settings > Opening Hours to manage your hours.


Order methods

Your venue has three order methods: Pickup, Delivery, and Eat In. Each has its own independent schedule and can be enabled or disabled with the toggle in the top-right of its card.

When you enable a method that has no hours set, it will automatically copy hours from another method that already has hours, or apply a default schedule.


Setting hours for a day

Each method shows a row for every day of the week. To change hours for a day:

  1. Use the time dropdowns to set an open and close time.
  2. To add a second time slot (for example, a lunch and dinner split), click the ... menu on the day row and select Add Slot.
  3. To apply the same hours to every day of the week, click ... and select Copy to all days in the week.
  4. To remove a time slot, click the delete icon next to it.

If a day shows Closed, no time slots have been added. Use the ... menu to add a slot and open the day.

Time slots that run past midnight will show a next day label on the closing time.

If two time slots on the same day overlap, you will see a warning and will need to adjust before saving.


Copying hours between methods

Each method card includes copy buttons to pull in hours from one of the other methods. For example, the Pickup card shows Copy Delivery and Copy Eat In buttons. This replaces the current method's hours with the selected method's hours.

Copy buttons are only available when the source method already has hours set.


Aggregator hours

By default, your aggregators (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and others) use your Delivery hours, or your Pickup hours if Delivery is disabled.

If you need different hours for a specific aggregator, you can set custom hours under Aggregator hours. Click See hours next to the aggregator you want to configure.

If no aggregators are connected yet, this section will show a link to set them up.


Storefront Settings

These two settings control how your storefront behaves in relation to your opening hours:

Accept orders up until closing โ€” When on, customers can place orders right up until your closing time. When off, the last order must be completed before closing, based on your prep time.

Accept orders only when open โ€” When on, customers cannot place scheduled orders while your store is currently closed. This is recommended off for most venues.


Holiday hours

Upcoming holiday hour changes are shown at the bottom of the page. To add or edit holiday hours, click the Holiday Hours link, which takes you to the dedicated Holiday Hours settings page.


Saving your changes

The Save button appears at the bottom of the screen  when you have unsaved changes. Your hours are not applied until you save.
