What it is: 

The MOBI Loyalty Points Card is a feature-rich digital loyalty program integrated within your branded mobile app or MOBI storefront. It empowers hospitality brands to drive repeat business, boost guest engagement, and collect actionable insights for better marketing campaigns. Built to suit both iOS and Android, it seamlessly fits into your existing digital ecosystem.

How It Works

Once we've collected some simple information from you, our team builds your custom points card and activates it on your MOBI Head Office. It's then visible to your customers when they're logged into your MOBI storefront. We can build your Points Card feature using any combination of products purchased or dollars spent.

Guests earn points for every purchase they make. You can fully customize:

  • Reward types (discounts, free items, exclusive offers)
  • Points-per-dollar spend 
  • Number of Points for rewards
  • Eligible products, categories, and order types - or choose all purchases! 
  • Points overflow - Earn a reward and points towards the next reward

 

Examples include:

  • “Spend $50, get 500 points”
  • “Redeem 1000 points for $10 off”
  • "Accrue 10,000 points for a free large Pizza"

How much does it cost?

The cost to set up a Points Card is included in most MOBI subscriptions. If you have complex design requirements beyond the basic version that is shown in the demo above, there may be an extra design fee. Our Support team will be happy to discuss your requirements and confirm whether there is any cost when you send the below details.

What do I need to provide?

To set up your stamp card & help our team ensure it fits within your brand, first we need a few details from you.

  • Points Card Title: e.g. MOBI Points Card
  • Description: e.g. Earn rewards with the MOBI Points Card. Get 100 points for every $1 you spend @ MOBI
  • Terms & Conditions: e.g. Rewards are subject to change and valid for a year. One reward redemption per transaction
  • Rules: e.g. Hot drink = anything in the Coffee, Tea, or Hot Choc menus
  • Points per Dollar: 100 points per $1
  • Eligible purchases: All purchases or a Specific Product or Category 
  • Eligible Methods: Choose any of: Order@Table, Pick-up and Delivery 
  • Reward Threshold: Reward earned for every 15,000 Points ($150)
  • Reward Valid: Reward is valid for 1 year
  • Reward Voucher:  Reward is for $10 off an order;
  • Include Extras: If you want to exclude extras, i.e. only the base product is free & still charge for extras.
