Sales & Orders Performance Overview
This article explains how to understand your sales and order data in your Mobi2Go account, and how different reports are calculated.
Overview
The Analytics and Sales sections use different dates to generate reports. This can result in small differences between the two.
- Analytics reports are based on the order date (when the order was placed)
- Sales reports are based on the expected date (when the order is scheduled to be prepared)
Because of this, figures may not always match exactly across sections.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are my sales different across reports?

Sales changes can be influenced by several factors:
Seasonality
Sales may vary depending on time of day, week, or year.
Events and holidays
Local holidays or major events can impact customer demand.
Marketing activity
Promotions or campaigns can increase order volume and sales.
Understanding performance changes
To better understand changes in performance, compare:
- Order types (delivery vs pickup vs dine-in)
- Individual locations
- Time periods (week-over-week or month-over-month)
This helps identify what is driving increases or decreases in sales.
