When you use a Custom Domain, customers can find your storefront to order online by simply typing [yourdomain].com instead of having to type in yourstore.mobi2go.com.
Remember
It is recommended you only proceed with this if you are comfortable updating your domain records. Otherwise please contact your IT or Website provider or our support@mobihq.com for assistance in completing this.
Step 1: Add a DNS record to your domain
Option 1: Add a A Record
The process to update your A record may vary from provider to provider.
In your A Record configuration:
- Redirect your domain to one of the IPv4 Addresses: 15.197.191.218, 3.33.254.194
- If your DNS provider support DNS failover, you can specific both IPv4 Addresses in your configuration
Option 2: Add a CNAME Record
The process to update your CNAME record may vary from provider to provider.
In your CNAME configuration:
- (Optional) Set your Domain Aliases to yourdomain.com.
- Set the Domain Name that this resolves to, to onepager.mobi2go.com.

Step 2: Add your Domain to MOBI
- Once you have setup your CNAME record you need to add your domain details into MOBI.
- In MOBI click on WEBSITE from the grey navigational pane
- In Website locate Domain settings
- Next to Domain settings click EDIT
- In Website Settings add yourdomain.com to the One pager domain (External Domain) field
- Click SAVE to submit your changes or, CANCEL to disregard any changes made
- Your custom domain should now re-direct to your MOBI Storefront.
