Access your sales data

Please note: The reports in the "Sales" section of your MOBI account are generated based on expected date: the date/time the order was expected to be prepared. Reports and dashboards in the "Analytics" section of your MOBI account are generated based on order date: the date/time the order was places. This can sometimes cause minor differences in figures reported.

 

From the Sales page in MOBI you are able to extract 3 reports:

  • Export orders to CSV report - This report contains all of the sales data about orders placed by your customers, including order ID, customer and order details, order total, voucher/discount/stamp use etc. To learn more about the report, click here .
  • Export products sold to CSV report - This report contains the details of your products sold online (including modifiers sold) such as name of the product, price, PLU, amount sold and total. To learn more about the report, click here .
  • Export all customers to CSV report - This report contains all customers who have created an account on your online ordering page at least once. This report will tell you all details about your customers, whether they signed up to receive marketing materials and promotions from you & much more. To learn more about the report, click here .

Pro Tip

If you haven't already, we recommend that you enable Google Analytics on your website to get the other side of the picture that will go hand-in-hand with your store/company sales reporting that is available (as shown below) in MOBI.
