Processing a Refund

Types of Refunds

Refunds for MOBI orders can be broken down into 2 groups:

  • MOBI - Payments made through MOBI Payments
  • Third party - Payments made via any other payment processor.

Orders placed via a marketplace aggregator (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash) must be refunded directly via the marketplace.

MOBI 

πŸš€ If you use MOBI Payments, then good news! You can refund orders yourself, in the MOBI admin site. See the info page below.

Third Party 

⚑ If you are using any other Third party payment gateway, you will need to contact the provider to organise the refund, as MOBI does not have access or authority to do so.
